Wonderful 3 bedroom bungalow near the Teifi River in St Dogmaels

Berllan Deg is located 50 yards from the Rivert Tivy and 0.9 miles from Poppit Sands Beach. 0.8 miles from the Teifi Waterside Hotel, 0.2 miles from the Ferry Inn. It is located in a quiet area up a private lane. (postcode is sa433lh)

Berllan Deg has 3 bedrooms which sleeps 6 (2 double rooms and 1 twin room). 1 Bedroom has an en-suite.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living room which is south facing so has the sun all day.

Garden is south facing. Garden has it's own orchard with apple trees where holiday makers can pick and enjoy as they please (at the right months). The garden comes with a large 6 seater hot tub, bbq area and large lawn. Again all south facing so enjoys sun all day.

Large driveaway. Enough room for up to 8 cars.

Berllan Deg is a bungalow so ideal for elderly or disabled who don't want to deal with steps. The garden also has ramps etc for wheelchairs.
