"The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. "Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. Das in der Beschreibung angegebene TV existiert nicht . Die Gartenmöbel bestehen aus 3 etwas in die Jahre...
