"Staff is very professional and accommodating. Complementary food and drinks at the lobby is overwhelming and beyond expectations. Breakfast is wonderful and upscale. Overall excellent stays and got the rooms next to each other as we requested. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The hotel was about eight minutes walk to metro stations and was on a bus route. We found places to eat within walking distance. The dinner in the hotel was average, but it was convenient for us on one evening. Lisbon is a fabulous city to visit. We will definitely be going back. "

"I loved everything about the place The staff were all very friendly & accomodating Nothing by a pleasure dealing with the staff Only suggestion i had was improve signage. Its easy if you work there however it took me a month to find my way around Looking for the bars a challenge plus i got lodt in the underground parking and did not have a car. Walked in a back door and had to find security to take me to front desk. No signage how to get to lobby from garage. This is not a big deal but would assist .other than this some issue one of best hotels i have stayed at ...excellent "
