"Horrible check in process. We were bumped from Hilton to the Conrad due to over booking which was great but the line for checking in was 53 minutes long and only 3 employees. When visiting other resorts during our stay, they had at least 6 to 10 people working the front desk. I drove charter bus on adult organized tours for 10 years. This was the second worst check in process I’ve ever encountered "
