"Hotel Osteria della Pista is a wonderful place to stay. The restaurant serves amazing Italian food that you’ll love. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. When there was a mix-up with my booking, the reception was kind enough to change my room without any trouble. I also had trouble calling them from the airport because of a SIM card issue, but the staff managed to call me back and arranged my pickup, which I really appreciated. The hotel is close to Malpensa Airport but still very quiet and cozy. "

"A great property with many nice amenities and hospitable staff! Fantastic breakfast with good gluten-free choices (was included in our stay) and inventive dining options on the property. Very near (walking distance) to Lugano train station and center of the city. Staff was great in explaining how to use Ticino transportation card (a great perk in the area, especially with the train station so close ) -- and then working with us on options when our flight was delayed on the last day. Strongly recommended when in Lugano! "

"I was pleasantly surprised at how elevated and beautiful Hilton Lake Como is as a property. The views from the Restaurant and Terrace are absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again. Front Desk was amazing customer service. The food was actually very good. I ordered room service a few times and I ate at the restaurant on site which was delicious."

"I paid for the same room as my friend but she got a tub and a bigger room, I got a smaller room and no tub. There is no spa in this place. In the colder months a spa and a massage service would be a great. "

"I love Villa Sassa! We extended our stay and we would stay here again. Love their Pilates schedule. Their breakfast is beyond…servers are amazing!! Pilates instructors and Zumba coaches are incredibly amazing. We love Ele, Sandra, Laura and everyone there!!! "
