"The area is beautifully wooded, the garden is in great condition, the swimming pool is well-kept and clean. The garden has direct access to a several-kilometer-long beach. Great service from the owners. Fantastic place. I was here for the third time. If I come to Sicily again, I will definitely come there. I highly recommend it. "

"This was a really fabulous week in Caltavuturo. Susanne has a created a welcoming and beautifully styled home and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There are many hidden places around the property to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the terrace on the long outdoor sofa or upstairs on the terrace outside the main apartment. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. There are two fridges so plenty of storage space. The Weber grill was perfectly clean and easy to use....

Bath cannot be used which means precarious standing in bath for poor flow shower. No shower screen or partition between shower spray and rest of the room. It seems like a moan, we were comfortable but could have been so much better than it was. I believe the owner should consider spending some money on the place and improving it."

"My wife and I had a good experience at this property. Fantastic views of Cefalu. Location is a bit tough because we hired a taxi to take us to dinner. Each way was 15 euros. But overall its a trade off between being in town or having the views. T.V. didn't work. Great communication with host. Overall good experience. "

"Great property, well equipped, in good location. Directions to property poor, we were not told the number of apartment - there were lots of apartments in the same location, eventually rang Rosina, no reply first time then she sent photo of apartment number and found it."

"We had a lovely stay at this apartment and found everything we needed. It is beautifully located near the Rocca which made it very convenient when I decided to hike the trail. It is also very close to the center and ocean. It was clean and well lit and had a lot of good closet space for storing clothes. It might be noted that there is one large bedroom with a large bed and a twin bed and the other bed is a sofa bed in the kitchen living room area. Our hosts were lovely and live on the property...

"We had an excellent 3 night stay at Salvatore's apartment. There was plenty of space for the two of us. We loved spending time sitting out on the huge balcony eating/having a drink, enjoying the beautiful view. The apartment was clean, the kitchen had enough equipment for us to prepare our own simple meals and the shower pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Salvatore himself was friendly and very responsive and met us for the check-in. Convenient location for the rail station and the beach,...

The hotel is very quiet because nobody is above or below you in another room. It's so easy to drive into Cefalu and park, and the hotel has its own parking lot. "Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer...

Great hotel

"Charming old school euro hotel. Service was outstanding. Staff courteous and friendly. We loved the location and hotel that we booked in an extra night. Cefalu is a great place to visit in Sicily. We stayed 6 days. Never got tired of walking to every meal and just enjoying the atmosphere. Hike to the Castle and Greek temple by just walking from the hotel. A truly great experience. Hotel location is across the street from the beach with its Poseidon Bar. Even in November sunny and warm. Just relax on the perfect sand."
