- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC

Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 400 m² garden, not enclosed and shared with the owners.

The flat is ideally located in Castelnau-Pégayrols, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
