"Room was very clean and comfortable."

"Great location, clean rooms but are very small (to be expected in NYC) super close to penn station and within walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the art deco style of the hotel. The only negative is parking is very expensive and a bit of a hassle to load and unload, and no in and out privileges as it’s off property parking. Overall a great hotel and I would recommend staying here. "

"Great housekeeping staff. Rooms were always clean and done on time. Hotel is large and offers many amenities. Bed and linens are of very good quality. Great location! Will visit again. Some minor areas for improvement: bathroom sink has a crack; caulking behind sink is pealing or missing. "

"Check-in was quick and the person at the desk was friendly. The bed was super comfy after a long day of walking around. The hotel name didn’t come up on GPS, so it may have recently changed names. The interior does look like it’s been zhuzhed up and it’s cute and cozy. There is street noise that comes in and noise in the hallway, so ear plugs might be necessary if you’re a light sleeper. But overall, the place was great!"
