"Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it."

"Kitchen sink linked all over the floor, more than once. The TV in the bedroom had no sound.The wifi would drop off occasionally. If you have issues with your room you may not be able to reach the front desk. Breakfast was decent except for roaches crawling around on the pastries. There are plenty dining options and a grocery in the same complex as the Hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel for over 4 weeks, not continuously, in between travels to other cities outside of Cebu City. I appreciate the excellent service of the entire staff, from the cafe, to housekeeping, the from desk, the security team, all in all, very good service. "We had a lovely stay at the ABC hotel and found it very comfortable. It was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative we had was the air conditioning units were extremely noisy and so we couldn't have them on at night. Otherwise a really lovely stay."

Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good despite the complainers. Standard rooms quite small, good for solo traveller like me. Overall, very good hotel."
