"This was a large well appointed property that was perfect for our family get together. Very near interstate and convenient to many locations. There was a large park with nice sidewalks within walking distance. We will stay here again when we come back to the Denver area."

"Enjoyed our stay here! Celebrated an early Christmas here with 2 grandkids and my son and his wife. Comfortable beds and furniture! There was a cute park across the street to play with the kids. Owner brought over an electric grill for us - so kind ! We stayed in and cooked meals together as family. The only thing missing was a hot pad to take our cookies out of the oven - but we made do :). Wonderful home and great communication with host ! Highly recommend "

"Well suited for a couple or individual. The single bed is very comfortable. A little bit hard to locate, as the unit is up an alleyway. Unique layout. Not handicap accessible."

"This was a very comfortable, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. When we first arrived, the owner allowed us to drop off things before check in. We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. Beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. "

"It was a nice place to stay… however We bought steaks to grill on Christmas Day. We had already cleaned the grill previously. Prepped the steaks, preheated the grill…Propane tank was empty. We had to pan cook the steaks and then spend 45 minutes cleaning the stove and kitchen area. "
