"Appreciated the small details like tea and coffee available in the lobby all day and different proteins available with breakfast. The staff at breakfast kept everything well stocked. Staff were all very friendly and it was easy and quick to get to West Edmonton mall. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in the city. "

"We were a family of 5(a couple and 3 kids(all girls, ages from 7 to 14 yrs) that went on this trip to Edmonton. We stayed 2 nights... so I was looking for an hotel that has breakfast, fridge and microwave. Surprisingly, this hotel also has a little kitchenette(a stove and utensils), a gym and Sauna... so I booked a room with 2 Queen size beds. The staffs were extremely very friendly, ready to help and assist us.. breakfast was ok(bread, waffles, boiled eggs, muffins, orange and apple juice,...

"The stay was decent. Breakfast was nice with good options, and the rooms were clean. Room service was also good. However, the washroom had issues, and the staff didn’t handle it well. The TV was old, with limited channels and no phone connectivity, which was disappointing. Overall, a mix of good and bad experiences."
