Check in a few days prior was difficult as the owner/manager didn’t message me or email me back… I had to call VRBO to have them investigate. Once they were made aware, smooth sailing from then on. We did have to deal with missing players ok fusball table and pool may need new accessories but we still enjoyed our time there overall i would recomended. "The flat was great, and loved the jacuzzi and pool on top floor. We were sent two different addresses for the location of the flat 24h before we checked in and response time to get clarity on that could have been much better. Once we got over that hurdle, everything was smooth sailing. "

"There is a club below that plays loud music until 3am. Even if you wear noise cancelling headphones to sleep the bass will shake you all night. "This apartment/ condo was the cleanest rental that I've ever booked. Coming from a property manager myself. It was beautifully decorated. They had all the extras. Above and beyond on the towels, handtowels, blankets etc. We stayed 4 days and never ran out. Eveything was soft and top notch. They even left tea etc. I will definitely only book this property each time I come to Chicago. Thanks for all the small details. "

"Loved the app and process for checking-in and out. The property itself could use some TLC, there were lots of scuff marks and scratches in the walls due to prior tenants. Our unit could have used a painting. There also wasn't a space to get extra toiletries per the app, would take this out if it's not really an option. "
