"My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. Very short walk down the lane to the beach. People were so friendly and it felt safe. This location was close to my Ventura family. Little scary for us when the fires started in Ventura but there was a quick response to put them out.Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. LOVED the candy jar-we love Smartees.We could have walked to a few stores but didn’t need to. I do recommend this property. "

"We love the location of this house! Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! The only problem was that the back bedroom got very cold at night and we could not find any heat source in there. We would still return to this place though, the location is worth it!"

The highlight for us was the proximity to the beach and definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day spent exploring the beach. "Beautiful yard, beautiful furnishings. Everything was clearly marked and easy to use. They had everything we needed. Basement inlaw suite was wanted by all and we had to negotiate. The fridge was huge but like the microwave, was too high for much of my family, (4 of us are under 5'2"). They even had a few board games and puzzles. Was a little disappointed the puzzle we tried was missing pieces, but it is understandable."
