"Great location to downtown Monterey. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was built in 1909, it kind of had a cool spooky feel to it. Would definitely stay again on my next visit. My only complaint is the valet price is high and you really need to valet. It didn’t feel safe to leave our car on the street. "

"For any family or individual travelling with the loved one in a wheelchair. This hotel is fully accessible. Great shower and bathroom design and excellent amenities. The vibe of the whole outdoor nature scene is very peaceful and relaxing. The town of Solvang sleeps soundly and the glow from the town lights are breath taking. Get up early for a jog or walk through town❤️"
