"Big hotel with great pool and a lovely view of a nearby volcano. It is expensive for the area and breakfast is not included (€ $20pp). Negatives are noise from the road on the eastern side of the property. We stayed twice once in the main hotel area near the pool and the other time in their other building across the road. "A beautiful and luxurious hotel in a quieter area of Antigua. The beds and room were comfortable and very clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We booked a couples massage and water circuit and it was one of the best spa experiences we’ve ever had. Great privacy and the masseuse was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back. "

Gran servicio al cliente, el personal es muy atento y en mi caso resolvieron sin mayor tema una confusión que hubo en la reservación con relación al total de huéspedes en la reservación. Solo haría falta que renueven sus TVs por unas que permitan el uso de plataformas de streaming y corregir la gotera de la ducha. "
