"We had a great time! My family stayed for 5 nights in February 2025 to visit the park. The lodge is located just outside the park gates and only a 20 min drive to all the main areas of interest. The hotel staff were so friendly, and lovely to talk to. We had an issue with the fireplace, and they moved us to another room right away with a working fireplace. We used the pool and hot tub along with their Amazing games room every evening after our adventures during the day. It was a trip of a lifetime and the hotel made the trip that much more memprable !! I highly recommend this spot ! "

"For an older motel, this place is perfect for overnight or a few days in Bishop. Clean, simple, quiet. The breakfast isn’t much but will get you down the road. There’s a Denny’s Next door and a discount from the motel"

"Very very clean room. Super clean bathroom and shower. For a motel, it's great. No frills but CLEAN. Comfortable bed and pillows. Microwave in lobby. Ski rental place across the street. Bus stop right out front. Only 3 minutes drive to the village. I would stay here again. "

"We had a nice overnight stay at the Motel 6 in Bishop. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than other similar places we've stayed in town. The towels and sheets were clean and decent quality. It was a little annoying to have to go to the lobby for coffee in the morning instead of making it in the room, and the attendant had trouble keeping enough hot coffee available because guests were filling big thermoses when we were just trying to fill cups. The wifi also didn't work, even though we were right by the office. We were able to connect to it but the internet itself didn't actually work."

"The dry & wet saunas were amazing after a day on the slopes. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Common areas were spacious, inviting, a beautifully decorated. We have already decided to stay here again when we come back to Mammoth!"
