"Very clean, but not so friendly during check-in. Checkout - a different person who was wonderful anttended! Accessible 2 queens was not really large enough for power wheelchair to move around. Beds super comfortable!!"

"When I made the reservation I put in a request to see if we could get a higher floor because my son is really interested in skyscrapers. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She talked to my son about the tallest buildings nearby and she put us on the highest floor she could find available. My son was really happy. It made the stay extra special. Thank you!"
