"The staff went above and beyond with service here. They were so thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is bustling and lively and clean in the common areas, which we liked. It’s also very to get transportation. The area around Hollywood Boulevard is a little grungy and sketchy, but that is not the hotel’s fault. It’s conveniently located for anyone wanting to see the tourist spots on Hollywood Boulevard."

"The staff is top-notch and clearly committed to creating a welcoming experience. The hotel pool is beautiful and not to be missed. I also loved learning about the history of this unique property. I didn't use the minibar, but it was very nicely stocked, which chargers and adapters etc available to purchase as well. I used room service and the 25 Degree bar and both were great! The only issue I experienced was that there seemed to be an issue with the room phone, (or maybe with the user!) but it was not a problem to call the front desk on my cell phone and they were happy to help. I hope to return again! "
