"Great property with great service "

"Guy at the front desk who checked me in was super awesome and the rooms are SO nice. Actually was going to give this property five stars and say I was blown away…. Until I checked out and had an unfavorable experience at the valet. The attendant who pulled up my car straight up stared at me and watched as I struggled to get all my luggage into the trunk — didn’t even attempt to help, which was strange for a 5-star hotel. I honestly don’t know why I still tipped him. "

"We really like the front desk people especially the gentleman who checked us in. He is very warm and helpful. We also enjoyed the Cabra roof top restaurant. The Peruvian food they serve is amazing."

"We stayed in the suite and couldn’t have been happier. Large bathroom with 2 sinks! Comfy circular platform mattress! With the blinds open the room glowed with the green neon, loved that!! Drapes closed easily and completely blackened the room for sleeping. The staff is always incredibly nice and you can’t beat complimentary valet parking. We keep coming back!!"

"Around the hotel has a large homeless population and with that comes the associated gatherings etc on various streets. Whilst we felt perfectly safe during the day, we wouldnt venture out to walk the streets after dark. Pick the hotel up and move it and this would be the ideal place to stay with lovely staff and rooms. "
