"Have stayed here for years. Location is great and hotel is well maintained. Certainly not a five star establishment but comfortable and clean. Hallways have a tendency to become quite loud late at nght."

"Terrific location for a first-time visit to CDMX (close to the Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Presidential Palace) and walking distance to Palacio Bellas Artes, Tile House, and Museo Nacional de Arte. The Zocalo is busy during the day and had concerts several nights, but the area gets pretty deserted late at night (plenty of police presence, however). "This stunning hotel in Polanco is a short 10 minute walk to Chapultepec Park,and an 8 minute uber ride to Roma Norte and Condesa, two neighborhoods that will make you want to move to CDMX. My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and the room, with it’s super comfortable bed, had a gorgeous view of the grounds immaculate greenery. We will stay here again on our next visit."

"Property was very nice and clean! It was much larger than I expected and the staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was large and had good food! I liked how you could request additional food items for breakfast to be made to order if you didn’t find what you wanted at the buffet. Would definitely stay again! "
