"We stay at this hotel every time we visit our Son who is stationed here. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable, AC works, and the bathroom is clean. Check in is quick and easy. We have never had a bad experience so fare. "

"The lady that checked us in was great. The room definitely needs some fresh air as it had that musty odor. Breakfast was definitely questionable but for the price you get what you pay for. "

"The property was clean and staff was nice. We did not have hot water in our room (only warm) and told the front desk. Not sure they can do anything about it. Other thing I didn't like is when people went out their doors-they SLAM. Trying to sleep past 6am is tough."

"The staff was wonderful. Everything was clean. The food in the dining room was very good. The only thing I would change is to make the Boxcar available for breakfast. It would be great to be able to sit up on the roof with coffee and watch the sun come up. "

"Everything was great but you have to understand that some of us are allergic to down pillows even though they are revered by many. We asked if there were any foam pillows available and the answer was simply, “no”! We put all the pillows in the closet to get the feathers confined away from us and slept without a pillow!! Not acceptable!"
