Bed and Breakfast in Central New Mexico

"Nice. However, I find it negative to have an additional parking fee added to my bill. If you are going to charge for parking, include it in the overall charge listed on-line for the room. How was I expected to get to your motel? I did not see any public transportation and we were driving cross-country. Isn’t that your business-to accommodate travelers? Usually in a vehicle. Be upfront and list the parking fee amount when you state the cost of staying at your business."

"Front staff and coffee staff was not very knowledgeable on the Hilton Honors program and the barista was very unenthusiastic, did not have ice to make any coffees and did not know how to make general Starbucks orders "

"It was a last minute decision to stop as we were traveling from Las Vegas to Dallas, and it was about the half-way point. We were so plesantly surprised with the beautiful welcoming by the hotel staff. There was only a couple rooms left when we checked in at 9pm and they were so accomodating to our needs. The jacuzzi tub was so refreshing and much needed after a long stressful day of driving"
