"I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is close to department stores and street food, and the rooms are very clean and modern. Most importantly, however, the staff at this hotel were some of the best I've encountered. Thomas and his team were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They gave me great tips about the city and made my trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, espcially because of the excellent front desk team...

"It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and accommodating. My one hang up is the hotel staff at the front desk has ice in their veins. I have never been treated so coldly checking into a hotel before and I’ve travelled all around Asia. Maybe that was just the couple employees I was dealing with at the time and the rest are great, I’m not sure. Overall though, it was a great stay. "

"This is a newer property and I really liked the room. The room was clean and the facility felt new. They have good snacks and a stocked mini-bar with good snacks for free. The room was clean and comfortable We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a huge choice of nice well presented food. Everything was fresh.
