"Overall we had a delightful stay. Enjoyed the location as it was quiet.A couple of maintenance issues you may not be aware of though. A lot of the outlets in the guest house do no appear to work. The guest house toilet tank leaks into the bowl so you’re using more water than you need to. Could not figure out how to turn on the lights in the sitting area between the main house and guest house. The little coffee maker does not work properly-it only put out 2 cups of VERY strong coffee even...

"We enjoyed our winter escape in AZ and this house met our needs nicely. The central location made it easy to get to 5 spring training fields and games! While at the house, the neighborhood was quiet and we LOVED the temp of the heated pool, the basketball hoop and relaxing pool side with ample shade, if desired. Inside the ping pong (and darts) was great and we enjoyed a family ping pong tournament. My daughter was excited bout the puzzles though there were only two to choose from when we were...

"Great 4 night stay while meeting our newest nephew. The space was perfect for two women, but the beds could have been more comfortable, maybe thicker memory foam mattresses. The property was conveniently located for freeway access and for local dining and shopping. Once I received the contact info, communication was easy and quick. Would recommend or book again, thanks! "This was a great place to stay! Our family booked it for one month in the winter and we had everything we needed. It was awesome. The kids loved the backyard and the pool. Mom and Dad loved the hot-tube. The house was plenty big enough with lots of room to spread out and relax - even for a family of 5. We watched movies on the big screen and went for daily walks around the charming neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"We spent 3 nights of our Spring Break trip to AZ here and my family absolutely loved it. Our 6 and 9 year old sons spent hours playing basketball in the pool and there was more than enough space for our family. The attention to detail in the design of the outside and interior spaces was so impressive. We had the most lovely stay and Jason made us feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough! "

The location was great for us because we like to walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, etc. When we did need to drive, it was close enough to the highway (but not too close) that it was quick to get to places. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool and outdoor area were great. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay. "
