"We couldn't open our room window throughout our stay at the hotel as we could smell cigarettes coming from the floor below. Hence, we have to close it. The air-con in the room was not strong and we couldn't adjust the temperature. Hence, the room was very warm and stuffy. Poor air ventilation."

Very walkable location; about 10 minutes from Shimbashi Station and maybe 8 minutes from Onarimon Station. The staff was very kind, generous, and helpful; service was excellent. The room was small (as expected), but still comfortable."
