"Great location. Clean. They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd."

"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. "There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it. Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful."

They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. "The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep.
