"The hotel and service was excellent, the room was cozy, the bathroom was a little odd with a full window looking into the room really no privacy and it was disappointing to book a room in the beautiful city of Chicago and then be told the balcony door needed to be locked so we weren't able to enjoy the view, we picked the hotel for the view it would've been nice to at least have a window to look out of or been told ahead of time to possibly have a different option. "

"The location was central and easy walking distance to a lot of popular locations such as Jackson Square, Superdome, etc. The room was nice and spacious. My only complaint was the water temperature for the shower was unpredictable and was often cold. It seemed to be better in the early AM. If you waited around 10-12ish it was going to be cold. But saying all of that I would stay there again. "

"Stayed for NYE and had a great stay. Location is unbeatable and the building is Dallas historic landmark with lots of charm. The room was spacious and considerably less expensive than anything comparable for NYE. However the rooms are out of date and show signs of wear and tear. There are not many amenities. I would consider staying there again, but I would like to see some investment in the property."
