"The whole experience was great. It was my wife and I first time staying at Hotel Viata for our 15 year anniversary and we definitely will be going back. I only wish is that we had more time to enjoy the amenities they have at the hotel."

"The pool was frigid!!!! And had scummy water marks. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The room was impeccably clean! The staff was superb!"

"Everything was good with the exception of the toilet in the bathroom. It looked like there was dried urine on the toilet seat. Luckily, I had brought Clorox wipes with me. It made me worry about the shape of the rest of the room but the rest was immaculate. I know others have used the room before, you just shouldn't be that reminded of it. "

" Beyond the beauty of the hotel itself, the service couldn’t be better. Everyone was kind, patient and went out of their way for my wife’s birthday celebration. I could go on and on. I wish I knew all their names. Omar in particular is wonderful. Not to mention, it’s located within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer. The rooms are very spacious and so well appointed. It makes you want to move in. Big thanks to all the The Peninsula Chicago!"
