" Beautiful hotel in a local neighborhood. The hospitality and service was excellent. Miss Lua, head of guest services, makes this hotel so special. The hotel is quiet, clean and close to all local coffee shops and restaurants.The afternoon tea is a nice feature. Stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. "The villa was amazing - huge 3 bedroom with a private pool. Service was equally good. Breakfast also great. However the pools were freezing cold and it kind of ruined our experience as the kids would jump in, almost freeze and be done with the pool in 2 minute. I noticed the other guests dreading going in. "The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious.
