"Staff is friendly and helpful. I went down (after breakfast) and asked for lemon tea and honey, without hesitation immediately stopped what she was doing to fetch it for me. I truly appreciated it especially it being the holidays and they were working. My kids enjoyed the pool from morning to night and it wasn't ever overly busy. Maybe shared it with a family or two at a time. The breakfast was well prepared and consistently stocked no matter what time we went down. Would most definitely stay again! "We didn't know there was a hotel in Ellensburg on main street. Was really nice, close to shops and eateries. The only problem we had was with parking. The only parking they have is caddy corner behind the building and was limited. There probably would be sufficient space if guests were considerate and didn't double park. Arrive early and walk. Ellensburg is a safe walkable town. We arrived at 5:30 on a Monday night and all spaces were full with exception to 4 spaces were other guests double parked, making it difficult for others arriving. Other than the parking, it was a really great spot.They do not serve breakfast in January, not what that is about; but very comfortable and quiet stay."

"View was amazing! Private, and comfortable. We had the Rio Grande suite on the river and the only complaint was the water pressure, but definitely not a deal breaker, just something to note. Excellent stay and would go back for sure!"

"The only thing that I thought was inappropriate was the other guests drinking in the indoor hot tub while their children were running wild between the outdoor hot tub and pool at 8 pm. Other than that it was a great experience. Thank you "
