"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

"Overall nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious though it ends at 9 AM. A lot of minor inconveniences that add up. The housekeeping and communication were really inconsistent and I got bothered a few times on do not disturb. My first day there they also asked me to wait for 6 hours before check in (after an overnight flight), not letting me know there was an option to pay a bit extra to be let in early. Deliveries also can't be put in the floor lobby and so usually you have to wait downstairs...

"I really liked the 24 hour gym and self laundry machines! There were also a ton of working spaces which I imagine would be useful if I was working on my trip. The rooms were the perfect size for a single person with luggage. It’s about a 15 minute walk away from the closest station exit so you just have to plan in advance to make sure you get to where you need on time. "

"I stayed for 2 week at this property and it was great! The service was very nice and they were very helpful when it came to any questions I had about the area or transportations. The place was always clean and very close to multiple forms of transportations. My only bone to pick was that I couldn't control the air conditioning. I was HOT at night but opening the window fixed that issue so no ruined trip there. Other than that very nice hotel "

"The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff, especially Chris Lee, was very helpful with an issue that we had with Expedia. He went above and beyond to make sure it was settled. The breakfast is great, but for a long term guest the menu gets repetitive. Overall, it was a very good experience and we would recommend this hotel. "
