New for 2023, this home has been transformed into "Azaleas" - a Boho Chic retreat with a secluded courtyard perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks to King Street and surrounded by Charleston's best fine dining.

** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites A / B / C each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

- Second Floor - Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar & small dining table, stacked washer + dryer. Living room with 4k smart TV, game console, and record player. 1 King bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
- Third Floor - Master loft complete with 1 King bed, 4k smart TV, reading nook with daybed, desk, and ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Space:
- Private and secluded courtyard with wicker seating set and teak rocking chairs
- Private driveway with parking for 2 vehicles

Guest Access:
The entrance to Suite C is on Spring St at the end of our private driveway to the left side of the house. Access is provided with a unique key code.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a free shuttle service that allows riders to explore the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH website for a route map and more information.

Other Things to Note:
Parking: Parking for 1-2 vehicles is provided onsite in our private driveway.

Stairs required - this Suite is located on the second and third floors of a 3 story home.

No parties or events are allowed on the premises.

What a great spot!
We took an impromptu trip and stayed at a number of different spots in the Charleston area, ultimately I wish we had just stayed at Tom and Hannah’s place the entire time. It was clean, comfortable, stylish, and located in cool area. Walking distance to whatever you want to see in historic Charleston and there is parking for two cars which is great. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here again next time we come back!

Beautiful property in perfect location
We absolutely loved staying here on a family fall break trip. The location close to King St was ideal and the property itself was lovely and comfortable. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed—we’ve stayed in tons of vrbos and most are not this well stocked. The hosts provided a super helpful guide to the area and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!!!
This beautiful 2 bedroom VRBO was a great find. It was in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to King Street shopping/dining/bars, City Market, live music venues and more. The house was immaculate and very well appointed. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space and location for girls trip
We really liked the location; the unit itself was very clean and comfortable for four people. Definitely note that the upstairs bedroom is a loft; it's mentioned in the description but we missed it. We had a small problem with a burned out exterior light but the property manager came by and fixed it ASAP. Easy check in and reasonable/limited check out cleaning requests, which I appreciate.

Spectacular Property
I (we) have stayed at many vacation rentals in different locations in and out of the US and this by far has been the absolute best! The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and responsive to our requests. The location of the house is perfect and safe. Just around the corner are unbelievable restaurants (Chubby Fish, Vern's and Chez Nous) and some of the cutest boutiques. The house is beyond clean (one of my many concerns when renting) and extremely well appointed. The spaces are comfortable and easy to relax in after a long day of site-seeing and shopping. You MUST stay here! I can't stop sharing with all my friends. Enjoy!!!

Very Nice Accommodations
The property was in a great location and having the private driveway was a big bonus. The entire property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to the downtown Charleston area.

We had a wonderful stay with very communicative owners. The location was wonderful, walk able, quiet, and the layout and decor of the place were idyllic. It has a charming historic look, but the structure is actually pretty new, so all of the creature comforts were present. Would strongly recommend.

Perfect Place
Tom and Hannah’s place was perfect; I can’t say enough good things. The furniture and decorations are like out of a magazine- perfect. It was impeccably clean. The beds were fluffy and so comfortable. Everything is so thoughtfully provided. The neighborhood is safe and close to many shops and restaurants. King street is very close. My kids loved the record player and games provided. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot in Charleston close and convenient to everything. The hosts were so helpful and available and even allowed us an early check in which is a huge plus in my traveling book. The house was so clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed during our stay. PS if you’re looking for excellent coffee and bagels, Holy City Bagels is within walking distance and is highly recommended. Overall, our visit was absolutely wonderful - thank you Tom and Hannah!

Spacious and clean!
Our girls trip to Charleston was complete with this great 2 bedroom apartment! We ended up spending more time there than we thought we would, due to it's proximity to everything, and it was so comfortable and beautifully appointed that we really enjoyed being there and even ordered dinner in one night! The courtyard is so cute and comfortable, and we truly had everything we needed including towels, tp, coffee filters/sugars, and trash bags. The check in and out process could not have been any easier and Tom and Hannah were the absolute best hosts! We highly recommend this great property!!

Descriptions are very accurate
Very secluded apartment with top-notch finishes and a very professional management company. When I made an error on my original date, they were not very flexible, but eventually agreed to the change, which, according to their policy, they didn’t have to do. Unfortunately, for us, it rained two of our three days and there is no view from this apartment - except the adjacent buildings and parking lot.

Everything was very nice. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and loved it. Great location! Quiet! Everything was new. Even had a record player with 70’s albums. Great for two couples to share. We didn’t even use the upstairs bedroom which was very nice also. Definitely would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and quaint. Owner’s did a great job decorating and stocking the kitchen and bathrooms. Conveniently located to downtown and the free Dash shuttle lines. Loved that we had off street parking for our rental car. Only issue was that the keypad door lock didn’t work properly. Easily addressed with the direct number for the property manager. Great customer service.

Perfect weekend in Charleston!
Loved our stay in Charleston at Azaleas! Location was perfect - walking distance to King. The unit was meticulous in its' cleanliness, appearance and comfort. No detail is left for you to worry about. Communication with Tom was effortless and timely. We went with another couple and the upstairs/downstairs just gives you the privacy you might want to have when sharing a place. Loved it! 10 out of 10.
