Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful spacious condo has two king-size bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a beautiful full kitchen with an island. There is a small stove, cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Cable HD television is in the living room and bedrooms. Next to the deluxe-extended living room is a four seated dining room table that looks out at the balcony. This condo has a privately-coded, secure, high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the Beautiful downtown.

Boating Fun in Charlevoix
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very close access to Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. Walking to town to shop was just across the bridge. So much to do and see. We plan to make this an annual trip!

The condo was great. Check in not so much We got there after office closed they were supposed to send code to get in. I did not get it. There is no number to call an employee on call for help. If message left they wouldnt get till next morning. Does me no good to get in at evening hour. Luckily vrbo customer service found a number There should be a person to talk to if office is closed for emergencies. I understand it is no efficient to man an office in off seasons. But they should have someone on call. Thank you customer service and building owner for your help I would stay again hopefully this little glitch can get resolved and i got in.. Would not be picked

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Our check in was 1.5 hours late which was pretty frustrating with 2 small children. We had to come back three times based on their estimates before we could actually get into our room. Overall, the place is fine and the location is great but we never received any cleaning (we asked twice) and we had to call for more towels, toilet paper and we really needed some more things but we just dealt with it since it seemed impossible to get things. Unfortunately, I don't think we'd return.

Only thing was the black stools in front of counter are very wobbly and don’t seem stable. Spiders cover the deck area at night, and we killed 4 of them in the room during our stay, along with several big carpenter ants.
