Taxis are not always available specially on the days there are cruise ships in the bay. The staff at the restaurant, luggage storage is great. "Amazing property. A few minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful, huge, clean and the best host/property employee. Great restaurant and bars within a few minutes walk, also. Can’t wait to go back!! 10/10!"

"Cannot wait to come back! Our room was visibly clean and smelled good when we arrived. Sapphire beach is beautiful and was a two minute walk from our room. Love that there was a coffee shop close by in the mornings and a restaurant as well :) "

There are plenty of lounge chairs and water sports right there. We rented a car but taxi service was right there when needed. You are 10 minutes from downtown with many shops and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again."

"If you enjoy a million-dollar hilltop view at a reasonable price, try this one! We stayed for 5 nights. Loved everything! The room is spacious, clean, and updated. The bed is very comfortable. But compared to the amazing view from the balcony, we have nothing to complain about. Close to everything, but you definitely need a car. Won't recommend walking up and down on the narrow mountain road with no sidewalk even though Google may tell you the restaurant nearby only takes a 15-minute walk."

"This is an older hotel with magnificient views of the harbor. There have been some upgrades done to the rooms though more are needed which they are working on. The restaurant is closed to the public but is available for bar and light food certain nights for hotel guests. Be aware there are many stairs and not a good place for anyone with stability or walking issues. Breakfast is included which is convenient but more variety would be nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay there especially the views and sunsets from the room balcony. "

"The Pink Palm is great. The staff are welcoming -even better, the attentiveness does not stop at check in. Several more appropriately spaced text messages informed me of check in, emergency after desk hour contact information, and checking on us before check out. The plan of the property is impressive. Each room has its own little sense of privacy. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. Bed is comfy. It was perfect. A 5 minute walk doe hill to main st. 12 minute to ferry to other islands. Porters help with bags up and down the labyrinth of steps in the property."
