Clearwater Cove is a newly updated second-story, end-unit condo, providing an amazing view of Lake Norman! Extra windows make the living space exceptionally bright and cheerful. With elevator access just steps away, you can enter this three-bedroom, two-bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The living area features a 65-inch TV and shares a double-sided fireplace with the master bedroom. Recent updates include a renovated luxury master bathroom and jetted shower, new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, new patio furniture, and more!

This condo is conveniently located in Mooresville, making it very close to shopping & essentials. The condo complex features a beautiful tree-lined common area with a grill available for outdoor cooking and a pool that is available for our guests during the summer months. (Please note these features are managed by the complex management company).

Two popular waterfront restaurants, Eddie's on Lake Norman and Havana 33, are within very short walking distance on the complex grounds.

With a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, Clearwater Cove is comfortable for small families or even couples looking for a relaxing getaway!

Clean, spacious and lovely view
The condo was as described in the listing, and was very clean, comfortable and had a very nice view of the lake. There are 2 restaurants right downstairs which was very convenient. Close to shopping and easy to get around to local attractions. Property management was quick to respond to communications.

Beautiful view, clean and modern condo
Loved staying in this condo! It's well-decorated, very clean, and I felt instantly at home here. Location is great - near shopping and restaurants, with the bonus of 2 delicious restaurants right downstairs. The view is lovely and sitting on the porch was heavenly. Only downside is there is some road noise, but not enough to really bother. Highly recommend!

Condo very nice. Problem, 3 bedroom, able to sleep 6, there is only 1 small closet. The master and 1other bedroom have locked closets. No place to hang suits or dresses. Very convenient for visiting.
