Linda House -Stunning modern home 15 minutes from uptown Charlotte

Our Linda house is a place to slow down, drink a glass of wine and let your mind disconnect and wander. The home is designed for friends, family or for someone looking to get away from busy life. Our home is serene and inspiring. It will surely make you feel at home the moment you get there. We are located 12 minutes from NoDa and 15 from Plaza Midwood. We are in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and a great view of our yard, rooftop deck perfect for morning coffee or late night dinners.

The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee makers, washer/dryer, board games, books, and two smart TV’s. Kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and all cooking utensils and tabletop items needed. Living room has seating and dining areas to relax and watch TV.

Up the stairs you will find a bathroom (split) and the two bedrooms. Bathroom is probably our favorite part of home. Dual showers and seating, makes you feel like you are in the spa.

Large bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a lounge area with a twin size bed and a smart TV. Smaller room has two twin size beds that can be combined to make one queen upon request. There are double doors that open to rooftop deck from the master. Great place to have a coffee or outdoor dinner. Closets have hangers and bathrobes as well as storage baskets. Bathroom has dual shower heads and all essentials.

Kids are more than welcomed and if you need toys or a pack and play we will gladly get that for you.
