Welcome! This is a beautiful and comforting townhouse. Great location in the University/Mallard Creek area, with 5-7 min distance to Charlotte Motor Speedway, PNC Music Pavilion. The house is very spacious. 1 King bed & 2 Queen Beds. 20 min to Uptown, few mins to Concord Mills, UNCC. The community also has a pool.

Please note that we have one security outdoor recording camera overlooking the front and 2 in the back which records video/audio. All devices on the exterior of the property.

Great Stay With Family
My family took an impromptu trip to Charlotte to surprise family right after Christmas. The property was well-maintained and tidy. The 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome was perfect for our family needs and convenient to local restaurants and shops. The host was also responsive. We’d definitely stay here again.
