It was so cute and made me feel right at home. Second, it was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed in five star hotels that were not that clean! "Wonderful place in the heart of the CBD! It's just half a block from the bus station, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend! The cleaning staff could use some improvement. Our room was cleaned late in the afternoon when we had already returned, and the towels weren’t changed daily. On one occasion, they took the used towels but forgot to replace them. Hopefully, this can be addressed for a smoother experience."

"They are really committed to the jail theme and there are a few fun activities you can do such as fingerprinting yourself or taking a mugshot. Also has various informative displays of the jail's history. "

"It was difficult for me to get into and out of the shower. Some secure handrails on the wall in the bathroom would help. Other than that it was a clean and quiet room. I'd stay again if I knew that handrails were fitted. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Do not book this property, I booked and paid for two nights at this place on Christmas day and when I arrived it's was deserted and abandoned with not a single person onsite or anywhere. I have not been able to reach the owners of the hotel since then and it took me two hours on the phone to try and organise a refund,, there are uses needles everywhere and human leaves on the ground near the entrance and it's smells of curry. Worst experience of my life."

"The location of this place was great, and the staff were friendly. However the kitchen was dirty and had very few usable utensils or tools, the locks on the bathrooms didn't work, some of the lights wouldn't turn on, and all of the surfaces in our room were slightly sticky. Also, although I realise this isn't something the management have any control over, my children were exposed to language that I was extremely uncomfortable with from other guests."
