The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. "Every thing went fine. We had a small suite with the bedroom in the loft. Fine for us, but it would not be so for many. The spiral staircase looked like steel but was a heavy duty plastic. Very squeaky. The woman working there was helpful and let us check in early as we were not aware the checkin started at 5 pm. Quite unusual to be so late. Breakfast was nicely presented."

"We arrived late in the evening and called our hosts they gave checkin instructions over the phone and all the info we needed for our stay. The apartment was lovely and beautifully furnished and stocked. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. I highly recommend staying here. The only concern one might have is there is no elevator, it was no problem for us but could be. The whole building was incredibly beautiful and so quaint. "
