"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to juice, which was disappointing. The room itself had issues with drainage, and in the middle of the night, we ran out of toilet paper. Unfortunately, there were no spare rolls available, which was inconvenient. The room also lacked sufficient trash cans. On a positive note, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, in our opinion, the overall experience did not justify the high prices for the facilities offered. Based on this experience, we have decided not to book this hotel for future stays. "

"We have stayed at many places in Khao Yai which is about 2 hours from our home. This is, by far, our favorite. An excellent choice. Spacious rooms. Big bathrooms with double sinks. Great air conditioning. Wonderful deck with nature all around you while also being just a few minutes from many great restaurants. 10 out of 10"
