"We was greeted by lovely staff who talked us though some information that we needed to know and was given our keys. The room was nice for the price and had a bathroom in the private room which was good. The beds were small but still comfy and the room was cleaned well. Had an issue with our room lock not working but it was smoothly dealt with as soon as reported and we were given another room. "I was very happy with the room itself and the price I paid for it booking only couple of days beforehand. Nice and fresh with lots of storage and a clean ensuite bathroom I'd compare the facilities to Travelodge or Ibis(but no TV). However. This being a university campus, it was A bit difficult to find and park in the correct place and was quite a walk to reception and the actual room. "A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."
