All was fine and as expected BUT both twin beds had "bed bugs" which kept us awake and we had to request an alternative room. We killed between 20 and 30 bugs before we gave up and asked for a room transfer! We appreciate that it is very difficult for you control what your customers bring into the property but it was the first time in our lives for us to experience such an issue in a hotel. This is not intended as a complaint but is feedback for you to be aware of the problem that we experienced.

L’annonce mentionne une chambre avec 1 lit double + 1 lit simple, donc au moins 3 couchages ou au moins possibilité pour 2 personnes d’être en lits séparés. Au final c’est seulement un lit double, et l’hôtel étant complet on n’a pas eu d’autres choix que d’avoir cette chambre. Annonce mensongere

Les draps de ma fille étaient. Avec des taches de sang / et nous avions commandé 2 chambres avec 3 lit et nous avons eu deux chambres avec 2 lits/( nous sommes 5 ce qui était compliqué) heureseMent la réceptionniste a su nous trouver une chambre de 3 mais je trouve dommage de réserver en ligne avec photo et de ne pas avoir la bonne chambre! C’est de la publicité mensongère.
