"Great place very handy for all the main sites with plenty of eatery places within walking distance. The bar and front desk area are a little cold but the rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. Buses to the city stop on the roundabout outside the hotel and there is a 24 hour store across the road. Just a small concern is that they take your credit card on arrival and take $500 off it straight away. When you leave they add $131.00 to your bill for services such as wi-fi and water in your room...

"We just wrapped up a four night stay at Viceroy in DC. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel - excellent, walkable location tucked on a quiet leafy side street with easy access to everything; amazing service from the staff and restaurant/cafe; hip vibes while not feeling pretentious; delicious in room espresso and tea; well equipped fitness room; modern, chic design and amenities. Would definitely come back and will consider the Viceroy brand in other cities in the future, for sure. "
