"I only booked the room to take picture and do my hair/makeup. I did not spend the night. Staff was very very friendly and had great hospitality. They encourage you to take pictures as I was scared at first. Thank you to Brittney I think was her name. She was a young women with curly hair and tooth gems. Her coworker and the night auditer were awesome as well. Very great staff and great place to take pictures. Beautiful mirrors on every floor and a gorgeous colorful stairwell. Will be recommending "

"Hotel is in walking distance of the arch. Staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to parking. Loved the dinner time snacks and drinks and breakfast was pretty good as well. Very clean and comfortable hotel."

"Parking was a little tough, but that’s my fault I didn’t k ow they had an underground parking garage. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. 5-7 they had free drinks and food for all. Only complaint I have is the hot water sucked on the 10th floor. But this could be because the hotel was simply just sold out. We will definitely stay at this property again. It’s also great for families with kids woke up Saturday morning to the manager walking the parking lot cleaning up trash. Properties is well taken care of"

"This property has a beautiful drive up entrance to the hotel, but it’s closed permanently. You have to park in the parking garage and carry your luggage. No valet services or bellhops."
