This property is a charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home that exudes a modern farmhouse ambiance, perfect for comfort and relaxation. The living room features a 43" Roku TV and ample seating for up to 6 people. Additionally, there is a selection of games and decks of cards available for entertainment.

The kitchen is equipped with a range and essential safety equipment. The dining room boasts a stylish table that comfortably accommodates 6 people, and the coffee bar is fully stocked with an array of 5 coffee varieties and 6 types of tea. There is no dishwasher.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is uniquely named after the colors that define their decor. They are furnished with queen-sized beds, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a 32" Roku TV for your convenience and entertainment.

The spacious backyard offers a grill, a cozy patio set, and a fire pit, perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. Additionally, you can find a game of corn hole in the shed located under the carport.

Everything on this property is accessible for you except for the storage garage behind the home.

Entry: There are a few stairs to get to the front door.
Kitchen: There is no dishwasher.
Additional Guests: Maximum number of guests is 6. Any additional guests will incur a $50 per person/per night fee.

Security Systems: There is a single camera on the property facing the front door. Guests that tamper with the security system in any fashion (to include the WiFi) are immediately canceled with no refund.

Excessive dirtiness and/or damages: Guests that leave the property in an excessively dirty state (requiring more than the standard cleaning) will be charged an additional $75 cleaning fee. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will also be charged a reasonable fee to either repair or replace the damaged item.

No pets: If there is evidence a pet was on the premises, there will be a $300 fine

No smoking: If there is evidence there was smoking in the residence, there will be a $300 fine

No illegal substances: If there is evidence there were illegal substances used in the home, there will be a $500 fine.
