"I had a very comfortable stay in this apartment located on the 13th floor which has a lovely view towards Solaise and the main part of Val d'Isere. The apartment had everything required to self cater including a 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, small cooker, a very large fridge freezer and many other kitchen conveniences. "Lovely house, perfectly suited for two families of four. Ludo the host was attentive and has a really lovely house. Plenty of toilets and bathrooms, great showers, comfortable beds, blackout electric shutters on all windows, amazing boot room downstairs with heated racks for boots/gloves/hats etc. Perfect base from which to go skiing. Bakery 30 second walk away too for morning croissants & baguettes for sandwich making. Literally the only slight negative was the lack of 'comfy' seats in lounge...

"I cannot adequately put into words the perfection that was our stay here. Barbara and her family are the most genuine, kind people, and you can tell they love what they do; Barbara has spared no detail in every room of the apartment, from flower petals in the ice cubes (!) to flowers, candies, and handwritten notes throughout the house. "We had a fab time here. It’s a great location and looks exactly like the pictures: very clean and newly furnished. A few points though: you need to bring your own linen otherwise it’s a €50 cost to hire, BYO washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, and there was no WiFi which was a bit of a pain. It is a great place if you’re aware of the points above before you travel."

The balcony overlooking the mountains was an added touch, where we could sit and enjoy a coffe or wine and watch the skiers go by.
