"Property was not clean when we showed up. Floors were dirty and beds left not made and unclean. House is very outdated. Heaters hardly worked. Heater in the living room we had to turn the thermostat to max for it to turn on and the one in the main bedroom seemed to not work at all. We had to wash the bedsheets before using. Luckily they did have a washer and dryer out back but the dryer also didnt seem to work properly. "

"The house was spacious and has plenty of bedrooms to accommodate a large group. With several sitting areas it was nice to be able to spread out and have private conversations. The backyard patio was beautiful, a nice location to have breakfast every morning. All in all, a great neighborhood and lovely home to stay in."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and adequately stocked, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, and this place is close to everything Chico has to offer. The owners are dog/ pet friendly, so that worked out great for us. The only two downfalls for this trip had nothing to do with the owner or property: a power outage one night and the smoke from the Park Fire. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and pool. "My family of 5 really enjoyed this house. There is a playroom which my 3 children LOVED. Check in was very easy and fast. We even stayed an extra night and communicating was very easy and fast responses. The only negative thing I have to say is the slider door lock didn’t work properly which made us very uncomfortable but my husband figured something out and everything was fine after that. Large backyard which our children loved as well. Nice neighborhood. Would love to stay again!"

"This was a great place, super clean and cute. Hosts were super responsive. They only thing I would say is that it really only sleeps 6 in beds, unless you plan on bringing an air mattress for the "game room". There was a futon mattress but on the floor. Not very comfortable for adults."

"Convenient location, seemed a bit paranoid re neighbors' reactions. we had no problems, parking was adequate for at least 4 cars out front. Pots & pans were well used, but seemed clean. VERY hot the week we were here but the AC worked great."
