"Lovely hotel, have stayed there a few times over the years. Very clean and good sized rooms Menu choices in restaurant for dinner and breakfast is not great but what they present is acceptable Well positioned for most of Plymouth and surrounding areas."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. The room itself was lovely, we stayed in a castle valley view room. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise made it even more memorable. The Sunday roast was exceptional, honestly, the best we’ve had anywhere, and we’ve tried many places for roasts! Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety. We even requested a few items not on the menu, and it was no trouble at all. A truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!"

"All the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room had plenty of room for my mobility scooter, without it impeding me moving around. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful. The central location of the hotel was excellent, especially as I was meeting up with my sister every day. "
