Review of the luxury house stay between 7/21 to 7/25
Overall, we enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. Most features of the house match the description on Vrbo. Though when I booked it a few months ago, it was described as a house with 6 bedrooms, we only saw 5 instead. Therefore, we must adjust our plan (2 people in one bedroom) so that we have 4 people sharing one bedroom and one bath. We’ve also experienced a few other cliches: no water and electricity in the morning of 7/22; the dishwasher in the main kitchen does not work (we had to clean up some dishes manually); the toilet flush in the upstairs bedroom leaks water, our tenants must stop it manually; the toilet in the first bedroom downstairs was clogged on 7/25 before we left, our tenants there tried several times, but still couldn’t unclogged it. The communication of the landlord was great! He responded to my emails promptly and sent someone to take care of the problems quickly. We appreciated this very much and did enjoy our stay!
Since losing water and electricity for about 2 hours on 7/22, as a result, our activity plan for that day was impacted. The team asks whether we could get some discounts on perks as compensation.
