"The location was excellent for what we needed to do while in Beaumont. The property was as I expected for the price, which is to say average. The beds were comfy and the AC worked, plus the room was clean. It's a mid-price hotel with mid-price features. We did have a good refrigerator and microwave so that helped keep our food fresh."
